I'm not one who really enjoys eating much and am finding it a chore, but very important, to fuel myself for workouts. I'm struggling to figure out how many calories I burn. Online calcuators, my Garmin and HRM all give VERY different numbers. Say, for my 8-mile run yesterday, 700, 529 1030.
