I'm an ultramarathoner who ran 2,736 miles in 3 years—the equivalent of a drive from Philadelphia to LA.
Slow and steady wins the race.I applaud you; most people would be milking an injury for all it's worth. Not you! You keep on going. Bravo!
A journey of a thousand miles (1300?) begins with a single step. It matters that you take the journey (and continue to take that journey) despite obstacles that mey stand in your way.Keep it up.
Any walks recently? Keep us posted!I may fall on a trail and need to know how to keep myself amused whilst healing!Counting on you!
